When you visit Framwellgate Dental Surgery for the first time you will be greeted by our receptionist team Christina, Emma and Gillian

Please tell them your name and appointment time and they will ensure the Dentist knows you have arrived.

They will also ask you to sign your NHS treatment consent form, if you receive any exemptions they will ask for proof of the exemption. 

We always aim to see you as quickly as possible and if there is a delay we will try to keep you informed.

It is the responsibility of the patient signing the form to input the correct information regarding exemption. If incorrect information is inputed NHS England will contact the patient directly and a fine could be incurred.


Framwellgate Dental Surgery has an in-house complaints procedure in accordance with current government guidelines. If you do have any problems please mention this to a member of our staff and the appropriate procedures will be instigated.

It is of prime concern to us that the highest standards are achieved, and we believe your views are important.
